14 K gold framed, hand-carved shell cameo with a woman's portrait, as well as 1 small, modern brilliant-cut diamond in a closed setting, approx. 0.05 ct (M1; W; VVs). Gross weight: 3.21 grams, 33 x 15 mm. Marked: with a Hungarian hallmark used since 2016.
