French jewellery from the turn of the 19th century

18 K gold, 6,25 grams; 6,5 x 2 cm. Inwrought silver decorated with 4 small faceted diamonds: Cca. 0,04 ct. In the middle there is 1 oval-shaped faceted ruby stone: Cca. 0,35 ct. 

18 K rosetta-style white gold ring with a sapphire in the centre (approx. 0.15 ct) in an eight-prong setting, surrounded by 8 achtkant-cut diamonds (approx. 0.16 ct). Gross: 3.9 gr. Ring size: 52. French eagle-headed gold hallmark used between 1847-1919.

18 K white gold, 2 grams; 1 large old-cut diamond in an eight-pronged chaton setting: approx. 0.50 ct; (old-cut 2;Cr;Si2) Marked: French hallmark used since 1893, and additionally struck with a modern convention hallmark. Ring size: 51.5.

18 K white gold solitaire-style ring with a round brilliant-cut diamond in the eight-prong chaton setting (approx. 0.40 ct, M1, TCr, VVs). Gross weight: 3.24 grams. Ring size: 53. Marked: French eagle head hallmar used between 1847-1919 and a posterior domestic gold hallmark of 750 fineness used since 2016.

18 K rosette-shaped gold ring with a 12-mm saltwater pearl in the middle, surrounded by 12 brilliant-cut diamonds (total approx. 1.8 ct, M1, TCr, Si-P). Gross weight: 7.1 grams. Ring size: 55 (previously remodeled). Marked: French eagle head hallmark used between 1847 and 1919, and a domestic 750 fineness gold hallmark used from 2016 onwards.

Platinum ring with a fineness of 950 with two triangular and two rhombus-shaped rubies (total approx. 0.23 ct) and with a brilliant-cut diamond in the middle (approx. 0.50 ct, M2, TCr, Vs2). Gross weight: 12.7 grams. Ring size: 55. Marked: French 950 fineness platinum hallmark used since 1912.

14 K gold setting, silver chaton setting (old mine cut) set with old-cut 2/cushion-cut diamonds (approx. 1.50 ct in total), multi-membered, flower-shaped pendant. 9.4 grams; 60 x 22 mm. (Previously, it also included a pin assembly.) Second half-end of the 19th century. J. N.

14 K leaf-shaped gold brooch with 43 rose-cut diamonds in the silver setting (total approx. 1.2 ct) and 29 real pearls. Marked: French eagle-headed gold hallmark and master's mark used between 1847-1919, as well as posterior 585 fineness conventional gold hallmark. Gross: 11.2 gr. Length: 60 mm.

18 K rosette-style yellow gold ring with 1 larger rubellite (approx. 10 ct) set with platinum prongs, faceted to an oval shape, surrounded by 8 brilliant-cut diamonds (total approx. 0.96 ct, M1, W, Vs1). Gross: 11 gr. Hallmarked: French hallmark used from 1912, as well as post-struck modern 750 fineness conventional gold hallmark. Ring size: 52.5.

18 K gold and platinum. Gross weight: 20.05 grams; 66 x 50mm; 1 white and 1 blue mabe pearl, 18 small polished rubies, approx. 0.18 ct; 9 faceted blue sapphires, approx.0.09 ct; and 64 small faceted diamonds, approx. 0.60 ct. French import hallmark used from 1893 to the present.

18 K rosette-style gold ring in a gold-plated setting with a cabochon-cut emerald (approx. 2 ct), surrounded by 14 diamonds in a silver setting (total approx. 1.02 ct, old-cut 1/old-cut 2, Cr, Si/P). Gross: 6.09 grams. Ring size 55. Marked: French eagle-head gold hallmark used between 1847-1919, and with a posterior modern 750 fineness conventional gold hallmark.

18 K white gold ring in a four-prong setting with an old-cut diamond (0.90 ct, F1, VLy, VVs2), 6 other round brilliant-cut diamonds (total approx. 0.90 ct, M1, TCr, Vs) and 6 navette-cut blue sapphires (total approx: 0.60 ct). Gross: 5.78 grams. Formerly converted piece of jewelry, the ring size is currently 56 with two narrowing spheres. Marked: with the French eagle-head hallmark used between 1847-1919, and with a posterior 750 fine conventional gold hallmark.
