When paying in advance by bank transfer, the products can be picked up or delivered in person only after the amount transferred has been received. We will always notify the buyer.
3. WITH A BANK CARD USING OTP SIMPLEPAY IN OUR WEBSHOP
With credit card payment, you can conveniently shop in our store. After ordering the selected products, you will be directed to the website of OTP Bank, where you can pay with your bank card through the encrypted transaction used by the Bank. To do this, the SimplePay option must be selected when selecting the payment method during the purchase. The number of the bank card used for payment, its expiry date, the name of the cardholder and the security code on the back of the card must be entered on the payment server of OTP Bank. OTP Bank accepts Visa, Maestro and Mastercard cards.
The regular execution of the payment transaction, the management of the bank card data, the encryption of the data, and the security of the process are performed by OTP Bank. Hungart Antik Kft. Provides the data necessary for the payment transaction, and receives information on the final result of the transaction from OTP Bank. Thus, Hungart Antik Kft. Does not take responsibility for issues related to the payment process, which fall within the competence and interest of OTP Bank and the card issuing bank.
Bank cards issued exclusively for electronic use will only be accepted if their use is authorized by the bank issuing the card. Please check with your bank to see if your card can be used for online shopping
OTP Bank will issue an authorization number for the transaction following a successful purchase. In case of an unsuccessful transaction, OTP Bank will state the reason for the error in an error message.
Method and conditions of order cancellation, withdrawal is based on Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.).
In the event of a complaint by the Cardholder and in all other disputes, Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) Shall prevail.
4. CASH ON DELIVERY (ONLY WITHIN HUNGARY)
In our webshop, it is also possible to make cash on delivery payment, but only within Hungary. This option will appear when selecting payment options during the purchase process. The package will be delivered to you by Magyar Posta MPL and you can pay for the ordered items to the employee of Magyar Posta (Hungarian Postal Service) by cash on delivery.

Fedex provides worldwide insurance on your order until 1000 USD package value. Above that amount, we provide individual insurance on your package, in which case we use the international package insurance service of the Aegon Hungary Global Insurance Company. The international shipping and insurance costs should be paid by the customer. In every case, our colleagues get in touch with you via telephone and email to decide on the details with you.
Within Hungary, we use the delivery and insurance services of MPL Hungarian Postal Services to deliver your order to your address.
