INSPECTION GUARANTEE
Due to their age, most of our jewelry and art objects are mostly used and/or come from second-hand. During the acceptance, they undergo a thorough inspection, during which we determine the age of their production, technique, main characteristics, but also reveal any possible defects. All of our jewelry and art objects are presented to our customers after cleaning, polishing and, if necessary, repair and renovation.
METAL HALLMARK GUARANTEE
All of our jewelry and precious metal art objects contain the official Hungarian hallmarks. In the case of antique jewelry or works of art, if the original hallmark is missing or worn, we will subsequently hallmark them at the Precious Metal Testing and Authentication Institute, where they will be marked with the currently used, official Hungarian hallmark.
CERTIFICATION AND MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
At the request of the Buyer, we issue a photographic Certification for the items purchased from us, which includes the most important features of the purchased item, its photo, article number, date of purchase and purchase price. This certification also comes with a money back guarantee, because if what is described in it does not correspond to reality, our store will refund the purchase price to the Buyer. In the case of purchases made outside the store premises (e.g. online, in a web store or by telephone), our Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. IMPORTANT! Most of our jewelry and artefacts are antiques or second-hand pieces made a few decades ago. We always guarantee the content of precious metals and gemstones. Since our jewelry is mostly second-hand jewelry, and in some cases even more than 100 years old, we cannot guarantee defects or wear resulting from wear, use, or the weakness of the material. However, we are happy to help solve any problems that may arise, and if possible, we will remedy them. If the purchased item shows signs of external damage after purchase, or if we find signs that the gemstone has been replaced, we are unfortunately unable to accept complaints.
